A Google Sheet in your own account, with links that open WhatsApp. It helps you remind the families you already bill, and gives each payer a numbered receipt.

Aap ke apne Google account mein ek Sheet, jis ke links WhatsApp kholte hain. Yeh un families ko yaad dilane mein madad karti hai jin ko aap pehle se bill karte hain, aur har payer ko numbered receipt deti hai.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    You send the reminder

    The sheet prepares a WhatsApp message for each family that owes, in English and Roman Urdu. You open each link and press send. Nothing is sent for you.

    Sheet har us family ke liye WhatsApp message tayyar karti hai jis ki fees baqi hai. Aap link kholte hain aur send dabate hain. Kuch bhi khud se nahi jaata.

  2. Step 2

    The family pays you directly

    The money goes from the family to you, on your own rails. It never passes through Duedale.

    Paise family se seedha aap ke paas aate hain, aap ke apne tareeqe se. Duedale se nahi guzarte.

  3. Step 3

    The payer keeps the receipt

    You mark the row paid and the sheet makes a numbered PDF receipt in your business's name, in your own Drive. You send it, and the payer keeps it.

    Aap row ko paid mark karte hain aur sheet aap ke naam se ek numbered PDF receipt banati hai, aap ke apne Drive mein. Aap use bhejte hain, aur payer use apne paas rakhta hai.

Money never passes through Duedale. Families pay you directly — Duedale only helps you remind and keep receipts.

Paise Duedale se nahi guzarte. Families aap ko seedha pay karti hain — Duedale sirf yaad dilane aur receipt rakhne mein madad karta hai.

Who holds what

  • The receipt belongs to the payer. A parent, or a family abroad, keeps the confirmation of what was paid.
  • Your records stay in your own Google account. Duedale holds no copy of them, and shows no one else who has paid or who has not.
  • Any view made for a committee shows counts only — never who has paid and never who has not.

Where this stands

  • Today the fee desk is a spreadsheet with a small script that runs in your own Google account. It is not an app, and no Duedale server sits behind it.
  • Its rules were tested on invented sample data. This page reports no result from any client.
  • The app that may follow is not built.
